Quiz Taxi
I've just watched an episode of 'Quiz Taxi', a popular game show in Germany. Basically, two unsuspecting passengers get into a taxi, and, after giving their destination, are greeted with flashing lights and the announcement by the driver that they are now in the Quiz Taxi.
Contestants can discuss answers with each other, and can call a friend for help with a question. And they are always delivered to their destination! Amusing.

Hey there! Here in the U.S. - you remember us, don't you? :) - there is a show on the Discovery Channel called "Cash Cab". Don't know which was first (probably yours), but the premises are similar.
